Rent2D.I.Y. LLC Disclaimer

1. Age & License Requirement
All renters must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid, non-expired drivers license to rent tools from RENT2D.I.Y. LLC.
At the time of pickup, a picture of the renter’s drivers license and vehicle license plate will be taken for verification and security purposes.

2. Rental Responsibility & Liability
The renter assumes full responsibility for the proper use, handling, and return of all rented tools.
RENT2D.I.Y. LLC is not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from the use or misuse of rental equipment.
The renter agrees to use all tools safely and as intended according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

3. Damage, Loss & Security Deposit
A security deposit hold may be placed on the renter’s payment method for high-value tools.
The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment during the rental period.
If a tool is returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the renter will be charged for repair or replacement costs.
Renters may opt for a damage waiver at checkout, which covers minor damage but does not cover loss or total destruction.

4. Rental Period, Late Returns & Fees
All rentals are for a fixed 24-hour period unless otherwise specified.
A one-hour grace period is allowed for returns. After that, the renter will be charged for an additional full rental day.
Rental extensions are available at the following rates:
4-hour extension-50% of the 24-hour rental price.
Full-day extension-100% of the 24-hour rental price.

5. Insurance & Liability Coverage
RENT2D.I.Y. LLC does not provide insurance coverage for renters. The renter is responsible for checking with their personal insurance provider to determine if coverage applies.
If a tool is used in a way that causes damage to property or injury, the renter is fully responsible for any claims or costs.

6. Refunds & Cancellations
No refunds will be issued once a tool has been picked up.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the rental start time to receive a full refund.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

7. Prohibited Uses & Misuse of Tools
Tools must not be used for any illegal activities or in a way that violates manufacturer guidelines.
Tools may not be rented on behalf of another person. The person renting the tool must be the one using it.
RENT2D.I.Y. LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated, impaired, or unable to safely operate the tools.

8. Agreement to Terms
By completing a rental, the renter acknowledges and agrees to all the above terms.
